The Account Administrator is the person solely responsible for the activation of organizational subscriptions and for managing online access. It is their responsibility to add remote users, activate their online access and to configure the IP-based access rights of the organization's subscriptions.
Any individual/organization can be an account administrator provided that during registration he has declared to be an administrator of an organization.
Account Administrator privileges can be transferred to other registered individual provided that he is not an administrator of other organization.
